After years of
working around clumsy wheel chocks, Randy Plyler of
RLPRacing
has designed and manufactured (in the U.S.), a custom-made
aluminum 356-T6 Recessed Wheel Chock. This Recessed Wheel Chock is CNC
machined with a powder coat finish available in silver or black for style and durability. A unique feature
of the RLPRacing Recessed Wheel Chock is its customized 304
stainless steel, heavy duty side straps and hinges to hold even the
heaviest bike when transported.
The
wheel chock is
less than 3/4” in thickness, which allows the wheel chock to
straddle floor joist on a trailer when installing. The RLPRacing
Recessed Wheel Chock also provides more options on trailer mounting
without the hassle of removal when the trailer is needed for other
jobs other than hauling bikes.
